My last post was the correct one. My first one was probably euphoria talking!!!!
My first post was about W6R1. I had meant W6R3. I rechecked the distance again using GPS and it's 5.2k. I had forgotten I had walked back to the car after Laura told me I had finished.

The bad thing about this program is it's name! There is absolutely no requirement to run 5k to graduate. 30 minutes. That's the target. Very few people actually run 5k in the 30 minutes. You can measure your own runs and distances however you like, compare them only with your own runs. It's your journey. Just focus on 30 minutes running, the rest will follow.
