So, I had a bit of a life wobble yesterday (unemployed thanks to Rona and no Gov support thanks to being a twirly) so I really wasnβt in the mood for this run today. Iβd already started to convince myself last night that I was going to rest another day today with the heat being my main argument.
But I woke up this morning and set my sights (and frustration!) on the Speed podcast. This little B stumped me last week and I adapted the programme to include walking ....

Set off slow with the promise not to walk at all today - regardless of the weather. I knew I could do this shorter run IF I just ignored myself long enough.
