I reckon in the park and sheltered full sun it was over 30 degrees today
late shift sleep in got 4 hours nothing to eat too busy, home after half three cup of tea and out for run, must be mad but garmin coach told me to go
Very slow very hot loved every minute, even the minutes we yelled out i can’t go on lol
Day 2 of garmin 10k plan and we are ok
3.22 k and i wouldn’t normally have run in this heat
Good run for you Willow, in the south and parts of east England the temperature on Friday is to go up to 37C, very hot for running, although on the coast it won't be just as hot.

It was 17°C and 94% humidity this morning in Manchester and I found it hard. I wouldn't even have attempted later today even though the temperature is only 24°C.
I'm planning a bit of a stroll in the local woods later on. It should be cooler there.

I’ve put off my next run until tomorrow morning. It’s not meant to be long, but I’ve already missed the coolest time. Unless the mood takes me in the late evening. You never know 😁❤️.
Very hot today, I’m cleaning, i woke really early then went back to sleep at 8 and now i’m cleaning and doing laundry, all the windows open and we are dripping, it will have to be a very early run tomorrow as going to work later

I so love the sun and spend so much of my life inside at work that being out and running or shuffling is just fab
