Well that was interesting. !!! Not sure I was doing it right or fast enough. Keeping to the best was tricky to say the least. Not sure I liked the music much and Laura didn’t really tell me when we were half way through. Some people might like it but I’m not sure I’m ready for it yet.

Was happy with my joggle which is still slow of course 🐌🐌rule. Will just stick to my 80s playlist and the known landmarks for timings.

Good to hear you’re still out there going strong. Interesting post as well. Am revving up for my graduation run this afternoon so started to think what next is there to follow post graduation? Haven’t looked into future yet as wanted to finish C25k first. So am really interested now about what’s available. Where do you find post C25k podcast please? Also was it all too fast for jogglers like us? Too long? Any other insights thoughts really welcome too.

In the meantime yay to you for still being here and running on 👏👏👏👍👍👍💪💪💪

This is what I am doing for my extended consolidation phase nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/1... and am just replacing the C25k runs with consolidation runs. As part of the program it also covers the C25k+ podcasts, but only at week 9. But this certainly works for me.

Great to hear how the C25k+ podcasts feel, I am quite daunted by the notion of going up to 160 steps per minute. (I run at the moment at ca 130, sometimes a bit higher)

Well the music is grim for sure - I quite liked it though as for some reason I was all over the place pace wise when I finished c25k. I also started losing motivation so cadence training was good for me. I prefer the Speed one (interval training) as it is pretty hard but short enough to be do-able.
