I’ve hit a massive wall. I attempted wk9 run1 on Saturday and had to stop after 20 minutes as I just had nothing left. I wasn’t too concerned as I’d had a diabetic hypo a couple of hours earlier so it probably wasn’t a good idea to go out anyway. So, off I went this morning with a positive mental attitude but after only a couple of minutes I felt tired.... thought I’d push through it but after 10 minutes I knew it wasn’t gonna happen. Week 8 was fine so I don’t understand why this is happening?!
I’ve had plenty of sleep, I’m hydrated.... blood sugar is fine....🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️. Help!!!!🙁

I think the first 10 minutes are the hardest (I've read other posts here that say it takes at least 10 mins for your body to get into a rhythm) so my advice would be never to think you can't do it, push past that difficult 10 mins & settle into a comfy pace, do't try and go too fast. It does sound like today was in your mind and that you've put up a bit of a mental block (maybe because of the expectations on the last week/graduating?)
You can do it, you've done it all so far!
I can't comment about the diabetes though, but I am sure someone else can.
Good luck, have a days rest tomorrow and try again Wednesday.
Don't get down. Maybe you're coming down with something. You know you can run 30 mins so wait until you feel ready and give it another go and keep it slow....😀👍
