Usually I run first thing but today I was in two minds about running at all. Yesterday had been a rather stressful tiring day and my legs ached from LOTS of walking.
By lunchtime I was thinking let's be sensible and kind to myself and maybe do 20 minutes. Well I did my 5 minutes warm up walk and then as I started to run the clouds disappeared and the sun shone and shone for the whole of my run ☀️ Well it was lovely to start with but I had virtually melted to a puddle by time I got back 😂🏡
Got home put the washing on, clouds rolled back and down came the rain 🌧️
I managed 2.8k in 24 minutes, but felt so much better for getting out despite the weather!

I’m so glad you had a sunny run and that running worked its magic in helping you feel better. 😊
