Well I managed to run for 37 minutes this morning and I would have managed a bit more but jarred my ankle on a kerb and had to stop running as it was hurting so much. But very pleased with my run overall. Nice wet morning for running so decided to try 40 minutes but got stopped at 37. Never mind at least now I know I can do this. Happy running running πββοΈ πππ

Thatβs fantastic, well done! Iβm just about to venture out, Iβve repeated week 4 as Iβm not ready for week 5 yet. Iβm just going at my own pace without any pressure.
Best way really I must try to do that more often as I do tend to put pressure on myself however ankle has swelled up so might not be running for a week to give it a rest βΉοΈβΉοΈ
Iβm sure youβre doing all the right things such as applying a cold compress and resting it. Hopefully itβll be better sooner than you think but just enjoy the break for now π
