Finally got a gait analysis done at Up & Running. The assistant was really nice and videod my running on a tread mill, she could see my ankles were going inboard especially on the left. So bought some supportive running shoes to help with arch support and my ankles became straighter.
Wearing in my new shoes at home - I was told to do this before I start running in them.... So maybe I'll give my self an extra rest day today to complete this important job.....
