Cannot believe that after weeks of resting my ankle, I managed to resume from where I left off...aaaannnnd complete my first 20 minute run! Pretty much with ease (until the last few minutes) πππΌ
I have been keeping up my energy levels with yoga and low level keep fit at home. Sooo pleased with myself π
I have decided that I will only be jogging one or two times a week now though.
Hubby is still going great and is further on than me now...I think he has is first 30min run tomorrow ππΌ
Keep going all my fellow C25K buddies...ππΌπ

That's a fabulous achievement, I can imagine how great it feels (having had time out for various injuries myself). Yoga and cycling are great cross training activities that complement running really well. I tend to take two days off between run days (but cross train instead) -it definitely lightens the load when we are progressing with distance, time on our feet or speed. Good luck and enjoy.
Thank you...and for the first time, I actually felt comfy in my run too (for the first time!) So have decided that a longer break between runs is way better for me π
