great run/bad run Wk8 R1&2

Wk8 R1, easiest yet! ABSOLUTELY nailed it and loved every second so had high hopes for R2 today. Dreadful. Had to stop at 20 mins and that was a struggle. Nothing in the tank at all. Think I hadn’t drunk enough (water😉) yesterday and didn’t eat much. Am going to do R2 again or I will feel like I’m cheating. Goal is to finish wk 9 and graduate by end of June and hit a new weight goal too! Nanna can run! 👵🏻🏃‍♀️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

That sounds like a good plan, well done! 4 years on from graduating C25k and I still have good runs and bad runs. Sometimes it might be obvious why (eaten too much or too little, short of sleep or energy, etc) and sometimes there's no rhyme or reason to it. In my experience, a good run often follows a bad and sometimes a bad run can bring you back down to Earth with a bump after a brilliant run.

You're definitely a runner at this point and you'll be graduating before you know it! :)
