OMG! Who can believe it? 9 weeks of training have paid off! This has honestly changed my life and I am so happy that I started, persevered and completed it!
Anyone can do this, I was morbidly obese with 0 confidence, not much motivation or belief in myself when I started, I would huff and puff past people with my head down! Fast forward 9 weeks-I’ve overhauled my diet-lost weight, got fit and now as I run past people I greet them, every single person! I can run 30 minutes comfortably without stopping and I look forward to getting up and getting out into the fresh air!
