Just started the couch to 5k and finding it tough, but ENJOYABLE, especially when I am on that cool down walk!! I am finding I cant complete all the running in the week 1 programme usually the 3rd and the 5th or 6th runs are a no no at present! And also I cant go the full 60 seconds on a couple of other runs. I have no problem repeating week 1 until I am doing it so I can progress to week 2. Has anyone else had the same experience?
