Hey, just discovered this group ... A bit about me, 50yo, recently recovered from major surgery which resulted in a LOT of rest. Weight has crept up, I’ve done my resting, now time to ‘get off my butt’ and lose weight/increase my exercise 😀 enjoying Couch to 5k, just started Week 3 👍 also using Nutra Check app to keep track of what I’m eating ... lost 6lbs in 2 weeks so I must be doing something right 😂😎
