Just completed WK9 RN3 and got my graduation certificate. Such a sense of achievement as I've not found it easy but truly given it my all. It's not made a runner of me but at least I'm fitter than I was 9 weeks ago. I've tested my own resilience and helped myself manage lock down so even if I don't continue running I'll always be grateful for the program!
