I mean I know it's hard because it's 30 mins of running, but it seems a lot harder than W8 and it's only two more minutes...I've only got one run left and I know I can do it, I'm just not enjoying it this week. :(

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

Preparation makes a good run.

Knowing you are coming to the end of something can be a bit deflating, especially if you have enjoyed the experience so far. Can you try mixing it up a bit? New route, new time of day (it is soo hot - that is enough to make the running miserable), new music/podcast...

I'm sure the mood will pass when you see 'graduate' next to your name 🤗

Good luck!
