Well -have now run 25 minutes twice! Pretty amazed at how straightforward it's all been. Just wishing Laura would give more time checks- say every 5 mins would be encouraging when you get onto the longer runs. Also- does it help to take longer strides- my legs are quite short!

Well done.

Lengthening stride is not a good idea as it leads to more impact stresses on the legs which are more likely to lead to knee issues or shin splints. your footfall should be under your body, not out in front.
