Today is to be my final run. I planned to go out fairly early this morning before it got too hot... but we had a delicious takeaway curry last night which, let’s say, is still fighting.
I’m eager to get to the park and complete C25K in style, but don’t want to fail due to a bit of tummy trouble.
Should I wait until tonight? And if so, any tips for getting back to 100% in the next few hours?

Just done my final run myself this morning (mid morning) ... but it’s HOT. Maybe wait until it cools down later on and go for an evening run, or if that doesn’t work for you ... tomorrow morning. I’m definitely a morning runner ... Don’t manage them otherwise. You’re nearly there! 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
Well done on completing! 🍾I’ve run at all times during this program- I admire those who can get up and out first thing, but doubt that will ever be me. 😊I think I’ll aim for about 7pm and indulge in cocktails and pizza afterwards!🍕🍸

I'd go in the morning but if things settle down later into the evening then give it a whirl. The key is hydration now. Lots of fluids will see you right!
If you want to run in the hottest day of the year with the temperature around 80F and after having a curry last night OK but I would advise you to run tomorrow morning when the temperature will be much cooler, surely you wouldn't want any mishaps on your graduation run.
