So finished r3 of w8 this morning - looking forward to week 9 and wondering how much of a difference the extra 2 mins make (a lot I imagine as I was willing the run to finish this morning 😀). Pace is quickening every time and I’ve stopped doing the Japanese slow running - can’t wait to hit the 5k mark

I’ve just completed Week 9 and hence C25K myself this morning. Now you’ve done 28 minutes you’ll be able to do 30 x 3. You’ve got the stamina. Never thought I would say that (of myself) for running but trust the programme! Keep going. 💪

Fantastic! I’ve also done the W8R3 this morning. I don’t think we’ll even notice the 2 minutes difference. Almost there. (Don’t know where this positivity is coming from - I didn’t feel it before the run this morning). Enjoy the weekend and get ready for the best week so far. 💪💪💪
