Wow I can’t believe that I really ran for 20 minutes nonstop - as someone who always thought running wasn’t for them, I didn’t think I’d ever get to this stage!
I definitely found it difficult but I think the biggest thing was the mental side of it! My legs knew they could keep going but my brain kept trying to get me to take a quick 30 seconds break but I persevered and managed to get through the run.
Does the mental side of running get easier moving into week 6? I’ve seen that the times increase from here and I’m feeling quote apprehensive about it so any advice would be very helpful!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
