Ah, that's our favourite colour! The deeper, the better π well done, you're getting to the serious bit of the programme now! It is tough but so rewarding, and think of how far you've come since week 1! I personally prefer the longer runs without intervals. Once you get into a rhythm, you just keep going.
You can totally do this, it's what you've been training for these past 5 weeks. Make sure you keep well hydrated, start off slowly, and don't worry if the first 5-10 minutes are tough - they're always the hardest. Good luck, let us know how you get on! πͺπββοΈπββοΈ
