New to running and sore ankle.

End of week two and foot feels tight just under and around my ankle, what exercises can I do to relieve it?

Welcome, careful of your impact, good shoes are a must as well. Also don’t forget your body will experience aches and pains as it adjusts to your new hobby 😊
