Firstly amazing that I managed to run non stop for 30 minutes. Just need to write that again.... I ran without stopping for 30 minutes! 😁

Secondly I found it (don’t want to jynx it and say easy) but definitely doable and not as hard going as some previous runs.

I made sure I hydrated like crazy yesterday, did some at home stretches and an online beginners Pilates class which I am sure helped me today in my run.

Plus today’s run was my fastest average pace so far!

Not quite to 5km distance yet, but today has given me hope that it will come. I am so excited to graduate soon and then keep my running going.
