I did it, last km was pretty slow but I felt a real sense of achievement, even though it's only an additional 2 minutes running I felt it. I am curious to see how it feels after runs 2 and 3. Stay safe everyone.

Well done.. I really think I found the final two runs more difficult than the one you’ve just done because I hadn’t been sufficiently hydrated on the days before.. as soon as I started the last one I felt really thirsty.. and I developed a migraine soon after I finished.. so maybe make sure you drink plenty today and tomorrow.. I’ve seen other posts saying how much it helps..😊

Thanks Peggy, I was thinking of your determination on my run today, it made me dig in. Yes I will make sure I'm hydrated. I'm looking to buy an electric bike at the moment, it's very hilly in Cornwall (where I live) and I think it will encourage me to use a cycle more. Look out for future posts. Best wishes

You’re a long way from me then.. I’m in North Yorkshire near Scarborough.. I do have a niece in Feock but haven’t yet made it to visit her.. we actually had a holiday booked for the first week of the lockdown..☹️🙄 ..it looks beautiful and we will get there one day I hope..

A friend swears by her electric bike to save her knees.. it’s a Cube..

Looking forward to reading your graduation post.. no pressure though..😄
