Finding your pace

I don’t know if anyone will find this useful or not but I thought I’d share. I use my Apple Watch to track my runs via the Nike run club app. It tracks distance, speed and heartbeat. I’ve come to realise that if I keep my heartbeat around 150, this is a comfortable pace for me, my breathing is fine and I have minimal aches. Have a great weekend everyone 😊
