I was dreading this one and I’d already told myself I wouldn’t be able to run for 3 mins but I’d give it my best shot ... well I managed it fine! Both times! I’m so impressed with this programme... and also at how quickly your body can adapt when you train it!! 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏻😎

I did Run 1 Week 3 today too. It wasn’t half as bad as I was expecting and certainly not worth the worry!! Onwards and upwards and totally trusting the program from now on! Well done you! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️
