Brain woke me at 5 again, so got ready and went out as soon as the light was good enough. All good, and was definitely faster than W6R3, including being able to push for the full last 60 secs. Morning runs are certainly much nicer than after work I'm finding, before lock down I was used to getting up at 5 for work for the last 15 years, so it feels strangely normal...

I also found myself browsing findarace.com for 10k races at the end of the year, something to aim for :)

Amazing! I've also found myself looking at 10k races... not something i'd have thought of doing 3 weeks ago when all I could do was run for 90 seconds haha
