Feeling amazing after that 25 minute run! If someone said to me 6 weeks ago that I had to run for 25 minutes I would’ve laughed in their face!!! The sense of satisfaction I got afterwards was UNREAL!

Breathing was still not great but I put my music on full blast so I couldn’t hear myself as I do find hearing my heavy breathing distracting and makes me think I’m more exhausted than I am!

I just hope I can keep this up and complete week 7!!

HOWEVER... when Jo suggested to sprint in the last 60 seconds I told her to do one 😂

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, good luck for run 1 of week 7

Week 7 was my favourite, no more walking intervals! Enjoy the rest of the programme; you are doing great!

Good for you. I’m stating week 8 today and am exactly the same - I made my husband come out for a walk to show him how far I ran - ME - running!!!😂 keep going - you’ll do that again 3 times in you next week!!!👏🏻👏🏻
