W1R1: As the title says! I managed to complete my couch to 5k summer 2018 and literally after my first 5k we were pregnant. 18months and with hubby now working from home I have a bit of time to start again! I'm pleased to say I found today's run a lot easier than the first time I started this program which gives me hope! Glad to be back and hopefully some old comrades are still going strong on here! Hello all x

Did the old HM thing... then ran for a couple of weeks... slight issue kept me away for 6 weeks but running regularly for a couple of months again now... until this week. This one exercise a day thing means I have to give my puppies their walk, but going to get one run a week in as they get a longer walk with my daughter. All good though, considering.
Wow a HM! Get you! What a fantastic achievement 🙂 also pleased to hear that your niggle hasn't kept you away for too long. Yes the whole one excursion a day is throwing up issues but can't complain!
Was only a niggle in the head... long story, not really for here either... but I got back on it.
HM was Ok... not sure I’d recommend it to you, though... I remember what happened after your first 5k... you may not be ready for quads 🤣🤣🤣😂
Hahaha 'Mini Dee' didn't happen because of the 5K she was already created but very early days! Quads! 😱😱😱 .... sounds like you're in a good place now which is what counts 🙂

I got pregnant two weeks in! I managed to keep going until whenever 5m runs comes in and I couldn’t do it. Baby is now 9m old and I’m up to week 6, was going better before Covid19 locked us all in the house! But I managed the 20m run the other day so I’m pretty pleased with that. But must get back to it!
