Just went for run two of week one and I have to say I found it much easier then the other day.
Still had a slight pain in my jaw about half way in but unlike the other day nothing in my neck and ear.
Don’t understand what this could be. Like, I had all sorts of cardio checks by my doc and I got a clean bill of health. But my jaw is clicky- so maybe just muscular.
Anyone else out there at your early stages on what I’m calling the covid fitness plan 😂

Great job. Run one nearly killed me... run 2 was great... sounds very familiar to me!
Seems your neck and head issue is improving already... doesn’t sound like it’s much to worry about really... if it persists it could be worth running by a medic of course.
Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.
I’ve also just completed week 1 run 2 and feel really positive and enjoying the plan. Can’t advise you regarding the clicky Jaw but keep it up and hopefully we’ll graduate together👍
Well done! and I’m glad your jaw was better than last time.
I’m due to go out for week two run two today, I’m also on the Covid fitness plan I started this to give me a goal and keep me sane while working from home.
Keep it up and we’ll all be fitter and stronger when this crisis is over 😄
