what with these new climes and finding myself working from home for the foreseeable, I went on my first run this lunchtime to break the day up. Have to admit it felt great and cant wait to go again tomorrow!

Well done - I think many are rediscovering the joys of running at the moment. Great for our physical and mental wellbeing during such challenging times. Take care and stay safe.👍🙂

It's possible that if you've not run in two years, it might be prudent to give it another day before you run again, just so you can keep doing it rather than getting injured. (Which doesn't mean a walk or some stretches or whatever are out)
Well done for restarting!
I am working at home as well and have found it OK so far and I am taking my daily exercise ration everyday when I can.
