Went out at 5:30, changed my route today to allow for a longer time.
It was ok today, I did feel I was running on empty after having iffy tum earlier in the week, but it was all good.
I canβt believe I can run for 25 mins!!
When Sarah said Iβm a runner now I did have a whoop to myself.

I was out at 5.30am as well, itβs a lovely time of the day π well done! I ran 20 mins today, dreading the 25 min run next week. But super well done.
