Delighted to have achieved the Couch to 5k programme after 18 weeks of running by myself. I had done it back in 2014 but gave up running after 3 years due to back and neck pains. This time I have enjoyed every run. It has helped my physical and mental health and now crave going for a run when it doesn't rain. I shall continue to run and do the parkrun regularly. I am a runner again πŸ˜„ Proud of my achievement !!
