WK6R3 Repeat

Well. It’s getting easier. Still not enjoying these longer runs but I’ve now repeated WK6R3 3x and it’s easier each time. I want to stop between 10-20 mins but the final 5 mins of the run is now almost bearable!

I’m curious to know at what point to people actually start enjoying this?

If you are not enjoying your runs then I suggest that you go somewhere beautiful and inspiring to run and dial the pace right back. This not only makes it more achievable, it is also much more enjoyable.

Push hard and it is tough..........go slow and enjoy your runs.

Thanks. I’m varying the pace. Not sure if can go much slower but I’ll keep pushing!

W6 R3 three times? In other words you've done W7 R1 and W7 R2 since they are identical to W6 R1! So now you can do just one more run to complete week 7 and you know you can do it because you've done it three times already. Well done!

The mantra slogan here on C25K is slow and steady, most people should enjoy all their runs, if you are not enjoying them but still wish to complete the course, run a little slower than you have been, certainly once you have completed week 5 you will start to enjoy your runs.
