Just repeated W5 R3 on the advice of the App. Did it, so glad I'm this far, I never would have believed it at the start 5 weeks ago. However, it still kills me every time I go out for the next run. It can't be true, but it always feels like I'm at square one. So happy when I'm done, every time!

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and inludes advice on pacing..........if you can't speak clear, ungasping sentences as you run, then you are going too fast.

Enjoy your journey.

That feeling at the start of runs could be the 'toxic ten' which affects most of us at some point, along with that niggle of self doubt. Be proud and I'm sure your determination will see you through!
