1st run glute grief, 2nd run calf tightness. After that all ok other than I think my walking on recovery is faster than my Japanese running 🀣

My legs are my bread & butter (dog walker) so I have to protect the assets πŸ˜‰

Feeling great that I’ve gone from a lazy couch potato to doing my run / quick walk every other day along side the strength & flexibility podcast, I’ve also looked at what I’m putting in, gone from diesel to unleaded, loving my new fuel. Settling down to a chilled Friday eve with a well deserved glass of 🍷

Happy weekend all xx

Well done. Yes, I just used the Dry Jan as a plan to motivate me to adjust as I wasn't doing well trying to just cut down. So good for you. Take care.

Likewise, I did dry Jan last year. My first run was the day I stopped smoking, came on & had storm Brendan to contend with, I thought to myself, hey ho, can’t get any worse than this 🀣

Onwards & upwards

Well done on dry Jan πŸ‘ another mission accomplished 😊
