Well just finished and that was not my best run, worst so far, feeling good for getting through it. Calves feeling a bit stiff, breathing way to shallow and found myself clock watching. Chalk that one off and being on Friday. I have been having the weekend off but may start w3 Sunday and see how it goes, if not great I will repeat W3. Always an option, not going to give this up, still enjoying it too much.

If it’s a bit tough try and slow down which should help. I always did some slow deep breaths on the walking sections which seemed to help with the breathing. Well done and good luck with R3 😁

Hi T2runner ...some runs are just like that...and clock watching, well, i think we’re all guilty of that at some point..but it just makes the run feel longer, best thing to do is run to the end of a song instead of glancing at your watch and 3 minutes or however long will be over before you know it, especially when your singing your head off!! Repeating a week is always ok you know...it’s about feeling satisfied with your runs and if you feel you need to repeat a week or just a run that is ok...do whatever’s best for you

Hang in there!! Maybe shake up your route to help you not to clock watch?
