So I thought I need to get in some kind of shape improve my well being. I found c25k liked the way it starts from scratch which is just what I needed. On w4r3 the going can be tough but I am doing it. Love this forum so encouraging and positive

Welcome! And yes, you are right - C25K is a great way to kickstart your fitness. 👍 I did it over 2 years ago, am still running 3-4 times a week, and have also added in strength work, yoga and lots of walking. It all kind of spiralled! Good luck on your running journey. Please do post whenever you need help or support, we got ya!
