Last run of w4 - felt good!

I’m feeling well prepared for next week. Enjoyed my run and managed to get it out of the way before downpours here. I happened to have a mainly downhill route to a lovely cafe when my husband and daughter joined me for breakfast. It’s a lot easier downhill 😂😂

Well done on your run - it sounds idyllic, running downhill to your breakfast!

I had a little too much uphill today and my calf muscles were protesting!

I started week 5 yesterday.

The downhill to breakfast sounds lovely ☺️

My normal route is uphill to start, then flat & downhill on the last leg! Tends to make me want to go faster downhill - do you find that?

I do. Unfortunately I live on a hill so I usually have to end uphill 😬😬

I live halfway up, so it's a choice of uphill to start or finish - maybe I'll try it the other way one day 😁
