Hi all. Well still not got to do this run ๐Ÿ˜†. Iโ€™ve had bad cough since Xmas and still donโ€™t see it going yet ๐Ÿ˜ซ...

I tried a run with my daughter last week when it was dry. Did ok as it was quite slow. Donโ€™t want to run in bad weather with the cough still hanging around...

I feel I need a good kick up the. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ lol.

I miss my running a lot. Any advise much appreciated ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Personally i would still run unless itโ€™s sitting on your chest. If itโ€™s not affecting anything else I would still go regularly but take it slow. You could cover your mouth so your not breathing in cold air which may help. Good luck ๐Ÿ™‚

You could try running with one of those buff things (thin snood) covering your mouth - maybe donโ€™t do it in the dark or you may get mistaken for a burglar ๐Ÿ˜œ

Love it lol. My daughter wears one. I didnโ€™t cough when I was running, then again I was not running fast at all. So tomorrow morning it is then.. need to push through and get this 5k ๐Ÿ˜€. Thanks for your support. ๐Ÿ˜€
