Wow, can’t believe I’ve done it! After a seven week stint on the IC at the end of September I picked myself up and cracked on, and today managed 5K!! This program is absolutely amazing and has got me well and truly hooked 🏃♀️😊.
Can’t wait to start my consolidation runs and see what’s next.
For anyone on this journey, just keep at it, you’ll be amazed what you can achieve!!

I'm newly off the injury couch after a slightly longer spell, having completed W9R1 and unfortunately no further. I finished week 1 today so I'm 1/9 of the way there and feeling happy.
