The kids are all shuffling back to school after their morning of chaos, can’t find shoes and can’t find books, its too early to wake up! The first Monday back 🎄 at work, what a drag.... so many of us have made promises to ourselves that we will do this 5k. This week is different though and suddenly time is precious and we have all become 🤹♀️ jugglers. So we all need to plan our week and focus on those walking and running goals through all the noise.
