Hi, started Couch to 5K last January and managed to follow it until week 3 run2, then life seemed get in the way and didn’t finish the course, decided to throw myself into it this year and and started again on the 30-12-19(thought I’d get a head start on new year) I’m finding it quite hard but have got through week 1, start week 2 run 1 tomorrow and I’m actually looking forward to it, oddly enough 😃

Go get it, Dannybhoy. It will hurt, you’ll have no time for that, but you’ll get it done. And magic will happen. It’s been the same for any one of us here. Go slow, stay safe, be happy!

You are one amongst many of us who have had false starts with C25K. It's often hard at the start but slow and steady is the mantra, and if you stay on a particular week a bit longer before moving up then remember, you're already ahead of everyone who's still sat on the couch! Good luck.
