Welcome to the gang and really well done for getting started.
Dont stress about the name. Most people dont make 5k by the end of the program.
The real objective of this, is to get you running for 30 minutes 3 times a week.
I know that even this seems a big ask. But just take it one run at a time and trust in the program.
And take it nice and slow! There are no prizes for speed here!.
