First run (second time around!)

Finished C25k in autumn 2018 just before leaving London (where I lived next to a huge and gorgeous park I loved to run in). Stresses of finding a job, moving back home, and a surgery meant I've only done one or two runs since.

I'm fully recovered from surgery now and determined to get back on the programme and stick with it so started from W1R1 this morning.

Managed it and it was certainly easier than the first time round which was reassuring that I hadn't completely lost it! Hoping I can keep momentum this time even though I still don't like my area to run in!

Great effort restarting. Search around for a nice area even if it means one day a week driving or taking a bus there it means having somewhere to look forward to running. Happy running
