So 30 minutes.

After all the effort of previous weeks it feels great to think I can actually do this. Set off this morning with a slightly longer route planned. It wasn't long enough. I had to loop round a couple of times and even add another loop to kill the last 90 seconds. It's amazing how far you can get.

My ankles weren't quite as stiff this morning meaning I could settle into a comfortable pace so much quicker. Still not as quick as I'd like but that's something to aim for after this week is done.

The slight ache in my knee returned this morning about half way but didn't get any worse as I ran on so think that's a good sign.

My app stopped working this morning but thankfully, another present from my lovely partner, was a garmin forerunner watch which I checked after thinking I must be half way by now to find I'd been running for 18 minutes so just kept an eye on that to reach my 30 minutes.

My new gadget also let's me know my distance, 3.68km this morning which I'm not taking too seriously just yet. Again, the distance is something to aim for once the program is done.

Still can't quite believe I can actually run this far/long 😝

Brilliant effort, good run, good determination, good but of kit to show the way. Like you I often find myself looping carparks, retail parks, even the garden once. Soon be graduating

Well done! πŸ™ƒ I’m only at the beginning and am finding I’m looping or turning back on myself! Haven’t cracked the route yet 🀣

Yeah I found an out and return in the early days was fine but now the distance I can go would mean some serious downhills followed by killer up hills to get home again, hence the extra loop arounds πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‰

Well done you! 30 minutes! And now that you know you can do it, you also know that you only need to do the same thing 2 more times and you've graduated! I'm looking forward to that final post in the not too distant future!

Isn’t it just great when you run out of road like that! Enjoy the remaining runs in week 9 - you’re nearly there now! πŸ‘πŸ˜
