Finished the end of wk 2 a bit late to be honest. Tendon in left foot was crying earlier in the week so I let it rest a couple more days. As a result i have managed to smash out my 3rd run of week 2...and a half!

🎈👏Good for you being patient & resting that left foot & it paid off. Onwards & upwards. Run slowly to avoid injury & drinks lots of water on rest & run days. Enjoy!
