A hard day at work yesterday followed by a good rugby training session last night meant I was tired before I started this morning.

Unfortunately the puppy dawg decided to do her business about a minute into the first five minute run, I paused the app for a few seconds only stopping to clean up before getting straight back to running. Does that count as cheating?

I also changed my route slightly which worked out brilliantly as the very short sharp incline I normally have during my last run I hit while walking 👍

Still the last three minute run I was feeling it, and the last five minute run I was actually pleading out loud "oh come on" hoping for the end.

It came and I'd done week 4 👍

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 4, yes it would be tiring after work a n d your rugby training the previous evening.

That short stop with the dog is not cheating, onwards and upwards to week 5.

Well done for completing w4r3 - it’s not easy running with the pup - I personally let the app get the five min walk done then pause till his business is done usually he’s around a couple of mins behind so it saves stop starting. Good luck for week 5😁

Well done for completing Week 4, especially after a hard day at work plus rugby training! Although we have dogs I do my runs completely alone as I want/need to focus on what I'm doing without any further distractions. (I may need distractions like music or podcasts once I have to run for longer times!). It looks like you're on to week 5 now, well done!
