Here I am again!
Well! It is getting close to the end of November,the days are shorter, and the nights are drawing in. December beckons and the weather is closing in too... well it is where I am anyway Freezing fog some days and torrential rain on others!
So, to cheer us all up, we can have a little sing song first and then we can get down to perfecting some simple exercise routines for some of our rest days.
I have just put up, on the Strength and Flex Forum, a post of exercises for our whole body. We started at the toes... ( a few weeks ago), and these are for the head, shoulder, neck and arms!
We do, as the first post about Strength and Flex that I put up suggests, need to try to work out some basic exercise regime for some rest days.
Running can be about so much more, than one foot in front of the other, if we want to stay fit and, hopefully, injury free.
Many folk have already visited and joined the forum...it runs beautifully alongside C25K and there are some great links and pinned posts. There is a range of ideas and you do not need a gym to do the exercises...
