Okay, so I haven't run for about a week due to working late nights and not having the energy to run on 3 hours sleep and full days at work to follow straight after! All the way through that week I was grumpy and getting annoyed at things more than usual, I just couldn't shake it off! I finally went out for a run yesterday (first training run for my half marathon in March!) and even though I had a full day of a job that I don't really enjoy, I felt much happier, less stressed and work went quite well! So I have finally come to the realization that I get cranky when I don't run for a while!

Wish I’d worked out the same thing in my last job Rc41 - sounds as though you’ve got it sorted now! I took the easy option and retired! Then took up this running malarkey!
