I completed c25k earlier in the year however it was short lived and I didnt keep it up.

So I'm planning on drawing a line and starting again from scratch.

Any tips on getting back into it? I really enjoyed it in the end last time.

Initially it was a 2 week Caribbean cruise. Then never picked it up again. Always thought of an excuse not to 😥 defo think I will enjoy it again. Is just the getting put the front door initially. Need a big kick up the butt!!!

You've done it before you can do it again. Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day and not just on run days about 2-3 litres it really helps. Good luck and keep us posted 😊😊

Yeah, illness meant I did it twice. Now i'm a thrice weekly runner and park run evangelist. Maybe you could join a club or find a buddy this time round. Luck.

I've run the program twice, once in 2017 and then again this year, the second time around you have a mental advantage, you know what's coming and the best way to approach things. You know how to breathe and you know how to pace yourself.

Just take it slow and steady again, tick the runs off and look forward to graduating again.

Congratulations on getting back to program.

Keeping a diary of when you run and how are you feeling afterwards might help. I run on Mon, Wed and Fri and give myself a good talking to the night before 😂

You'll soon pick it up . Good luck and take it slowly.

Keep it simple. Just gently get the trainers on and start....enjoy that lovely feeling of a fresh start. I stopped after completing as I broke my toe. Now it’s better, I’m back into it and loving it all over again 😊! Welcome back. You can do this 👏
